CITY TOUR PLAY MATS

 

ARE YOUR PLAY MATS NON-TOXIC?

Yes, our City Tour Play Mats are made of premium quality TPU foam that is tested to the most vigorous standards. All of our mats are compliant to sell internationally including Europe and USA, ensuring they are tested to the EU Toy Directive to meet and exceed requirements limiting heavy metals, lead, formamide and phthalates in children's products. Our play mats are EN71 and CPSIA certified.

 

SHOULD I USE A RUG PAD UNDER THE PLAY MAT?

Our play mats are made from TPU foam, and are extremely soft and thickly padded. No rug or material is needed underneath our play mats.

 

CAN HEAVY FURNITURE OR GYM EQUIPMENT BE PLACED ON THE PLAY MATS?

TPU foam is a soft material and likely to become indented with heavy furniture on it. Please also avoid contact with sharp objects.

 

WHAT ARE THE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS?

• For everyday cleaning, simply wipe down the mat with a damp cloth and water.
• For thorough cleansing, use mild dish detergent and gently wipe down.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Do not use any strong cleaning agents as it may damage / discolour the mat.
• Do not use fragranced baby wipes to clean the mat as it may contain alcohol, which is not suitable to clean TPU materials. It may cause long-term damage / discolouration.
• Avoid alcohol/ alkaline based cleaning products to keep discolouration from occuring. Excessive use may weaken the foam and cause it to easily tear.
• Do not use any sharp or hot objects around the mat, as it may damage the mat permanently.
• Do not place heavy furniture on the play mat as it may cause puncture marks over time.
• Do not leave it in direct sunlight to avoid heat damage and/or discolouration.
• Avoid wearing shoes on the mat as it may cause creases and punctures.
• Do not use pens/ permanent ink/ markers on the mat as it may not be removable.
• Do not steam clean.
• Not suitable for pets as its claws may cause punctures.

 

CAN I USE THE MATS AROUND PETS?

No, we would not recommend usage with pets as they may scratch and damage the surface area.

 

ARE YOUR PLAY MATS WATER/LIQUID RESISTANT?

Yes our play mats are wipe clean!

 

CAN I USE A VACUUM CLEANER ON THE PLAY MATS?

Generally yes, however please exercise caution as vacuum cleaners vary and could cause damage to the play mats if the suction power is too high.

 

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

For local shipping to Hong Kong, please allow 2-3 days for shipping. For other locations, please allow 2-3 weeks for international shipping.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY?

We provide 3 months warranty from the time of order, if the items are defective. We do not provide warranty on normal wear and tear. Please follow the care instructions above and on the product page. Warranty is nullified if care instructions are not followed.

TRENDY TEETHERS

 

ARE YOUR TEETHERS EASY TO CLEAN?

Yes, our teethers wipe clean! Simple wipe with a damp cloth, rinse in the sink or wash in the dishwasher.

 

HOW DO I SANITIZE MY WOODEN CLIP / TEETHER BEADS?

Both wood and silicone materials that we use are antimicrobial. Do not submerge your wooden clip or teether beads in water or allow them to get super wet for a long time. Simply, use a damp cloth and a mild dish soap to clean - use sparingly.

 

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

For local shipping to Hong Kong, please allow 1-2  days for shipping. For other locations, please allow 7-10 days for international shipping.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY?

We provide 3 months warranty from the time of order, if the items are defective. We do not provide warranty on normal wear and tear. Please do not sterilise the clips. Warranty is nullified if care instructions are not followed.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE?

Safety is our top priority here at Milk It Baby. All of our silicone bibs and bowls are tested vigorously to the highest standards ensure that we are compliant with the FDA, ASTM F-N63, CE as well as European EN71 Toy Standards.
